Will I be able to schedule my service before placing my order?

We give you the opportunity to let us know your scheduling preferences while placing the order online and those preferences help determine which provider/technician gets assigned to you. After clicking <BOOK NOW>, you will be prompted to proceed to the order scheduling page. It is there you will be asked for your appointment preferences: 1st Available or Contact Me. Most 1st available orders are completed normally within 7 days.

The actual appointment scheduling happens between you and the provider directly after the order has been placed.  There is no charge to cancel or reschedule an order so long it is within the acceptable cancellation / rescheduling window (conditions apply)

Who do I contact if I have questions about an appointment?

Once your order has been assigned to a local provider, all future information about the project will be between you and the provider directly. You will be provided with a contact number to reach them in the event you have any questions, comments or concerns once the appointment has been confirmed.

Can I make changes to my appointment?

Absolutely. However, there are limitations regarding cancellations. See the 'Cancellation Policy' for more details.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. If you're not totally satisfied with the buddy/buddies who completed your project, let us know and we'll make it right at no extra charge.  

Is service available in my area?

Buddies are available in all major metropolitan markets across US and Canada.  See the NATIONWIDE COVERAGE section for more details.

How does billing work?

Your credit card will be authorized (but not charged) for the full price of the project(s) once the order has been PLACED. All charges are applied to the credit card on file only after your service has been completed to your satisfaction. 

Who are the buddies sent to complete the project? 

We only partner with well established large regional & nationwide providers with a proven track record of performance and reliability. Please see the 'Our Buddies' page for more details.

Have the local buddies been fully vetted?

Yes. We require full background checks and ensure that whoever is sent to your home or office is skilled in the service to be completed.

What are your customer service hours of operation?

Office hours are Monday-Saturday, 7am to 7pm PST and Sunday 10-5pm PST

How are projects priced?

The price you see advertised online is a firm no-haggle price for all services we offer...it's the price you will pay...these are not estimates. You may also want to include add-ons to your service such as moving boxes or anchoring items so be sure to go through your project in detail before booking a buddy. Some limitations apply (such as product selected on-line not matching what's actually on-site), but those can be reviewed in our terms of service section
